StaffBest offers a series of training programs at the Trinoma Mall, North Avenue, Quezon City this November 2008.  The programs are aimed at providing retail and service oriented practitioners with the competence in handling the bigger influx of customers this Christmas season.  These programs include Basic Management Principles (Nov10); Customer Service (Nov12); Retail Salesmanship Program (Nov13); The Essentials of Leadership (Nov14); Managing Difficult Situations – Crisis Management (Nov17); Developing a Winning Team (Nov19); Handling Customer Complaints (Nov20); Shoplifting and Theft Prevention (Nov25); and Time Management (Nov25).

Each program will be held from 1pm-6pm, thus enabling participants to open their stores and go back before closing time.  The venue of all the programs is the function room of Bubba Gump Restaurant and is strategically located and highly accessible at the 4th level of Trinoma Mall (back of Timezone).  Fees range from Php950.00 - Php995.00 per participant.

The Entry-Level Photography is a short, practical seminar on taking better pictures using point and shoot cameras.  The seminar is oriented toward teaching people how to maximize the preset shooting modes and functions of their digital cameras, without having to go into the complexities of doing things manually or having to learn too much of photographic principles.    Anyone and everyone who owns a point and shoot digital camera and would like to learn how to take better pictures is welcome to attend this seminar.  The session will be held on November 21 from 1pm-6pm at the Function Room of Bubba Gump at the 4th level of Trinoma Mall, North Avenue, Quezon City.
